PLEASE NOTE: All activity and package bookings are subject to availability. Fiji ground staff will confirm your booking within 24hrs. Occasionally, the selected date/room type may no longer be available in which case every effort will be made to accommodate you with a suitable alternative. Failing this, a full refund will be provided.
Cancellation Policy for Welcome & Departure Packs:
- Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival will incur a charge of 25% of the total booking value.
- Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking value.
- Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival (including no shows) = no refund provided.
