Description
You can expect to see 8 different species of sharks; Bull Sharks, Black Tip Reef Sharks, Lemon Sharks, White Tip Reef Sharks, Nurse Sharks, Silvertip Sharks, Grey Reef Sharks and hundreds of different fish species. And if that isn’t enough you may be lucky to come across some 16+ ft. Tiger Sharks that do come by regularly.
They take divers down 25 metres/ 80ft through the crystal-clear waters to the landing, see sharks and many other fish circling below. The landing is situated on the reefs edge, you will not be in a cage but on the perimeter of the Arena. This is where the feeding frenzy begins, get ready to witness this jaw dropping experience up close. The main attraction being the huge Bull Sharks as they move purposefully opening their enormous jaws to take a bite from the feeder. Not only will you encounter sharks on this dive, jacks, snappers and other fish species will be swirling around the feeding area too. The first dive lasts around 50 minutes, then you have a long break at the surface before heading down again.

Conditions
Park Fee of FJD $20 per person CASH is collected before the dive and goes directly to the village that owns the reef rights for shark conservation and preservation of the marine protected area. This fee will be FJD$25 if paid by credit card. Gear hire is FJD$20 per piece per day and FJD$40 per day for full gear and is paid for directly. Gear hire can be paid in cash or credit card. Dive prices include dive master services, boat trip, tanks, weights and tax. Transfers within Pacific Harbour are included.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing & are subject to a handling fee as stipulated in Fiji-bookings.com general terms and conditions.
Aqua Trek - Beqa policy:
- Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will incur a charge equivalent to 25% of the total booking value.
- Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking value.
- Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival (including no shows) will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the total booking value.
- Unused or Cancelled Services: No refund of prepaid unused services. No refund for cancelled diving due to inclement weather, however Aqua Trek - Beqa will try to accommodate divers on another day during their trip if possible.
- Minimum age is 15 years
- An Open Water Certificate is obligatory (no junior certifications).
- All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also a certified diver.
Transfers
Transfers to/from Pacific harbour area are included within the price. If you'd like a transfer from your hotel (or airport) outside of Pacific Harbour, this can easily be arranged after booking. You will receive an email regarding the possibilities within a few days. If you are booking this at short notice, you will find a contact number to organize transport on your e-ticket.
