Our story began with our first site, www.Gilibookings.com, which was launched in 2011 to service the fast boat routes between Bali, Lombok, Lembongan and the Gili Islands. In 2013, we launched our second website - www.Seychellesbookings.com - which, at the time, was the only website where you could book the ferry from Mahe to Praslin online. A year later, having visited the Caribbean, we launched www.Virginbookings.com for USVI and BVI ferry routes as well as www.StMartinbookings.com, which offered ferry and speedboat bookings between St Maarten/St Martin and its neighbouring islands.

With websites covering several regions, it was a natural progression to offer a global booking solution, and in 2024, Viaferry.com was launched, covering ferry routes around the world.
