Payment troubleshooting
If you have had a problem making a payment do not worry, your booking attempt is saved on our system; but we do need to receive payment before it can be released.
All major cards are accepted, as well as PayPal and a selection of regional bank transfer options depending where you're from. These are selected at the very end of the booking process. If the payment is rejected, please double check that the credit card information you have entered is correct, and that the address given is the same address that the credit card is registered at.
If a problem persists, please check the following factors:
- Ensure there are sufficient funds in your account.
- Your Card Issuer or Bank may block transactions if you are currently located elswehere than your resident country, if so, you need to contact them to ensure this restriction is lifted.
- Try using a different card or payment method if these are available to you.
We apologise for any inconvenience, but credit card transactions and PayPal etc., have strict anti-fraud regulations that can sometimes be frustrating. These are outside of our control.
